Our vastly experienced Criminal Law team is one of the most established and respected in Merseyside and the North West of England.

Led by Senior Partner Anthony J Nelson and Criminal Solicitor John Gallagher, our team regularly acts for clients at the police station and at Magistrates Court and Crown Court across a full range of criminal matters.

We have particular expertise in Motoring Law.

Anthony Nelson has also acted for medical professionals facing General Medical Council (GMC) hearings.

Our flexible, responsive Emergency Service enables clients to meet with a solicitor at very short notice with emergency appointments being fitted into each day’s busy schedule.

In addition, we are contactable outside of office hours through our Emergency Police Station call-out number 07449 559 788.

Our team will also undertake home visits to meet with clients if they are unable to get to one of our offices.
