Review of Licenses

A local authority or other interested party can apply for a review of a license at any time.

The review must relate to one or more of a number of licensing objectives set out in the Act. They are:

• The prevention of crime and disorder;
• Public safety;
• The prevention of public nuisance;
• The protection of children from harm.
